JAMALimo Cancellation Policy
At JAMALimo, we always do our best to be on time and ready for your ride. When you book with us, we set aside a car and driver just for you — so please understand that last‑minute cancellations can affect our schedule and other customers.
Booking Confirmation
You’ll receive a written confirmation after your booking is accepted. Please review all details carefully and let us know right away if anything needs to be changed. We also ask you to reply or acknowledge the confirmation to guarantee your reservation.
Night‑Time Bookings
All rides scheduled between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM must be prepaid when you book. Because of driver scheduling, these prepaid bookings are non‑refundable if cancelled within 12 hours of pickup.
Changing or Cancelling a Booking
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please call, text, or email us and include your reservation number.
Your booking is only cancelled once we confirm it in writing.

Flight Changes or Delays
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please contact us right away. Flight cancellations verified by the airline won’t be charged if the car hasn’t already been sent out.
Partial Cancellations
If you reduce your booked hours or change to a smaller vehicle within 12 hours of pickup, standard cancellation fees will apply.
No‑Shows
If you don’t show up at the pickup location and haven’t contacted us, we’ll have to charge the full amount to cover the reserved driver and vehicle.
Refunds
Any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
MEET AND GREET SERVICE
JAMALimo offers a meet and greet service whenever requested (extra charges apply). Your professional Halifax airport limo driver will be waiting for you inside the Halifax airport terminal (holding a sign) and will guide you to your awaiting taxi.
